About me
Stanley Siva is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in senior roles across multinational corporations and government-linked companies in Malaysia. His expertise spans property development, financial services, and mining, with professional exposure across Central and Southeast Asia. He brings deep capabilities in financial management, corporate governance, business process advisory, and risk management framework implementation.
A Chartered Accountant and MBA holder, Stanley played a pivotal role at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where he led the creation of a USD 750 million endowment fund—part of a landmark sovereign wealth initiative that enabled strategic, long-term investments in programs generating measurable social and environmental impact. He also architected a RM3 billion investment structure to sustain funding for Yayasan Hasanah, Malaysia’s leading foundation focused on nation-building.
Critically, Stanley developed from the ground up the national strategy to support social enterprises in Malaysia. This initiative funded and supported over 100 mission-driven companies across key sectors such as agriculture, circular economy, mental health, aged care, education, social mobility, and the creative industries. His work laid the foundation for a thriving impact enterprise ecosystem, combining capital deployment with capacity building and ecosystem development.
As Managing Partner at Impacq Capital Partners, Stanley led the establishment of a USD 25 million seed-stage fund focused on AgriTech and ClimateTech in the Asia Pacific region. He built partnerships across Singapore, India, and Australia, supported startups in Malaysia and Indonesia, and actively contributed to pipeline development, investment strategy, and fundraising efforts.
Stanley’s career also includes senior roles at Coca-Cola, Hanson Heidelberg Cement, PwC, and EY, where he managed large-scale operations, procurement, and finance across international markets. He currently serves as a Board Advisor to the Sabah Creative Economy and Innovation Centre and contributes to national innovation initiatives through Sabah’s MOSTI Technical Committee on Technology Application and Commercialisation.
With a career dedicated to bridging capital with impact, Stanley is passionate about empowering sustainable ventures and building systems that drive inclusive, long-term change.
