Korea International Cooperation Agency(KOICA) is the leading development cooperation agency of Korea. It was established in April 1991 with the goal of contributing to poverty reduction and improvement of the quality of life in developing countries, gender equality, sustainable development, and co-existence of human beings, cooperation with partner countries, and peace and prosperity of the international community.
KOICA is working closely with various partners, including partner countries’ governments, international organizations, international philanthropies, research institutions, civil societies, private companies in order to accomplish its goal.
