The AVPN Academy offers a space for social investors to accelerate their learning by leveraging the knowledge and wisdom of experts and practitioners on the ground. The different learning approaches it offers aim to build the collective knowledge in the ecosystem to effect long-term change in the region.

Learning Formats
1. Expert Led
Ask the Expert - Q&A sessions with an expert, preceded by a period of learning and a submission of questions from the participants
Case Study Learning - A problem-first approach where participants study a social issue, device a solution, and discuss it with a faculty member in a live session
2. Peer-to-peer
Learning Circles - A small group, closed-door discussion to facilitate peer learning and an open sharing of challenges
Fellowships - A 4-6 month cohort-based fellowship programme delivered online and in-person
3. Self-paced
Online Modules - Self-paced modules on Social Finance, Corporate Social Impact, and Impact Measurement and Management
