Anudip Foundation
Impact Showcase
Information
For nearly two decades, Anudip Foundation has walked alongside India's underserved youth and women, helping them turn market aligned digital skills into livelihoods, dignity, and a real way out of poverty. It began in 2007 in the villages of the Sundarbans, and has since grown into a movement spanning the country, reaching over 700,000 lives, more than half of them women. Every one of those numbers is a young person who found their footing, often as the first earner in their family.
We've learned that teaching a skill is only the beginning. A young person can be capable and ready, and still be held back. Today, as hiring becomes AI driven, a new gap is quietly opening. The tools that now shape who gets shortlisted and who gets seen are out of reach for the very students who need them most. Skill equity, on its own, is not opportunity equity.
This is the gap we're working to close. By bringing AI enabled interview practice and recruitment readiness technology into our career programmes, we can put these tools into the hands of young people who could never afford them alone, so they can understand where they stand, grow with confidence, and step into an AI driven hiring world knowing they belong there.
Two decades of patient, ground level work across India have brought us here. The next step is making sure no young person is left behind simply because the world of work moved faster than the doors that were open to them.
We'd be honored to have you walk this next stretch of the journey with us.
